Before you book.
Does my site really go live during the hour?
Yes — provided you can access the account that manages your domain name. That's the one thing that can hold up a launch, which is why we verify it a week before the event rather than discovering it in the room. If your domain access is genuinely stuck, we launch on a Bonsai address during your session and move your real domain over within five business days. Either way you leave with a working site.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself and your logins. Everything else — your content, your services, your cities, your competitors — we collect through Bodhi before the event and have built into the site by the time you sit down.
Will I lose my current Google rankings?
No. We map every existing page on your site to its new address before build day and verify those redirects during your session. Protecting what you already rank for is part of the build, not an add-on.
What happens after the three free months of hosting?
Bonsai Care takes over at $97 a month — hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security patching, and up to 30 minutes of content edits each month. Cancel anytime. If you start a monthly program with us, it's credited in full.
Do you fix my Google Business Profile too?
We audit it and hand you a roadmap. We don't make changes to your profile during the hour — that work needs profile access and more time than a build session allows. It's one of the first things we'd tackle together afterward.
What if I need to reschedule?
Move to the next build day free if you tell us seven or more days out. Inside seven days your seat is forfeit — the work is already done by then — but we still finish your site and deliver it remotely with a recorded walkthrough.
Am I obligated to buy anything else?
No. You leave with a finished website, your analytics connected, and a 90-day plan you're free to run yourself. We'll tell you what we'd do next. Hiring us for it is entirely your call.
