Three things, and we can launch on the day.
Gather these after you book. We verify all of it on a fifteen-minute call one week before your build day, so nothing stalls while you're sitting with us.
1. Google Business Profile access
Needed for your profile audit
- Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
- Go to
business.google.com, or search your business name on Google while signed in. - Open your profile, then Settings and support → Business Profile settings.
- Choose People and access.
- Click Add, and enter
bryanfikes707@gmail.com - Set the role to Manager, then send the invite.
Manager access lets us audit and report. It does not let us remove you, and you can revoke it any time. If you can't find the profile or someone else controls it, tell us — that happens constantly and we'll sort it out.
2. Your website and domain logins
Needed to launch live in the hour
- Domain registrar — where you bought the domain. GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace, Network Solutions, or whoever bills you for it each year.
- Website host or CMS admin — your WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or hosting login.
- Google account for the business — the one we'll attach Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager to.
- Where leads should go — the inbox, phone, or CRM your contact form should reach.
Registrar access is the one thing that can stop a live launch. If it's lost, don't worry — we launch you on a Bonsai address during your session and move the real domain over within five business days.
3. Your content and proof

Bodhi walks you through all of this after you book. If your photography is thin, say so — we'd rather put "get real photos" at the top of your roadmap than paper over it with stock.

Before you book.
Does my site really go live during the hour?
Yes — provided you can access the account that manages your domain name. That's the one thing that can hold up a launch, which is why we verify it a week before the event rather than discovering it in the room. If your domain access is genuinely stuck, we launch on a Bonsai address during your session and move your real domain over within five business days. Either way you leave with a working site.
What do I need to bring?
Yourself and your logins. Everything else — your content, your services, your cities, your competitors — we collect through Bodhi before the event and have built into the site by the time you sit down.
Will I lose my current Google rankings?
No. We map every existing page on your site to its new address before build day and verify those redirects during your session. Protecting what you already rank for is part of the build, not an add-on.
What happens after the three free months of hosting?
Bonsai Care takes over at $97 a month — hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, security patching, and up to 30 minutes of content edits each month. Cancel anytime. If you start a monthly program with us, it's credited in full.
Do you fix my Google Business Profile too?
We audit it and hand you a roadmap. We don't make changes to your profile during the hour — that work needs profile access and more time than a build session allows. It's one of the first things we'd tackle together afterward.
How does the deposit work?
A $100 deposit holds your seat. It's fully refundable up until your access-verification call a week before the build day, and it comes straight off your build price — so a Local Growth seat leaves $1,150 due on the day, and a Refresh leaves $395. We only run a handful of these a month, and the deposit is what stops seats being held by people who don't show.
What if I need to reschedule?
Move to the next build day free if you tell us seven or more days out, and your deposit moves with you. Inside seven days the deposit is non-refundable — your prep work is already done by then — but we still finish your site and deliver it remotely with a recorded walkthrough.
Am I obligated to buy anything else?
No. You leave with a finished website, your analytics connected, and a 90-day plan you're free to run yourself. We'll tell you what we'd do next. Hiring us for it is entirely your call.
